Since [YEAR], we’ve been helping individuals and companies navigate Polish residence and employment procedures without the stress.

Our mission

We are a social enterprise — meaning the profit from our activity doesn’t go into the owners’ pockets, but back into the company and into social goals such as the professional and social integration of people at risk of exclusion. This way of doing business shapes how we work: with care for the client and their family, full transparency about costs, and a realistic approach to the chances of a positive outcome.

Team

Magdalena Drożdż

CEO / Founder

Founder and CEO of Aktywator Biznesu. She holds a degree in Political Science from the Pedagogical University of Kraków and postgraduate studies in accounting from WSEI in Kraków. She lived in the United Kingdom for 10 years, where she experienced firsthand what legalizing residence and work looks like from a migrant’s perspective. She has completed specialized training in residence legalization for foreign nationals. She helps clients register businesses in Poland and explains the complexities of Polish law and taxation to foreigners in plain, jargon-free language. She speaks Polish and English.
